Growing & expanding to better serve our customers.

After a couple of successful years, the entrepreneurs identified a growing need within the company and the industry, so they sought out another way to help our loyal and growing customer base. In 2004, they founded Freight Exchange of North America (F/X), a Redwood Company. Although the companies were created as separate entities and continue to operate as such, F/X and Redwood Multimodal work closely when opportunities arise.

As the market became more technology-driven in 2009, our Chief Technology Officer developed increasingly sophisticated supply chain programs for our clients in a newly created division called 3PLogic. Buoyed by the success, 3PLogic – now Redwood Supply Chain Solutions – became its own company in 2011.

Also in 2011, we opened our first satellite office in Southern California. After achieving great success with this office, we opened our second satellite office in Michigan in 2012. The strategic placement of these locations furthers the reach and capabilities of Redwood Multimodal.

In such a fast-moving industry, complications may arise. If there is an issue with one of your loads, we’ll tell you and we’ll work to fix it. Honesty, transparency and integrity are the cornerstones of our entire operation.
